Native Analytics is an Indigenous-owned governance and data readiness practice founded by Jesse Grey Eagle.

Jesse Grey Eagle
Jesse is an enrolled Oglala Lakota advisor. His work spans Indigenous governance, data readiness, AI, reporting, research, workforce programs, and organizational strategy.
Much of it comes down to helping organizations answer a few practical questions before information moves: who can approve it, what people agreed to, and how the decision gets recorded and followed through.

Consent conditions should travel with information.
Sensitive knowledge needs clear boundaries.
Decisions should leave a record.
Staff need guidance they can use.
Leadership should review decisions regularly.
Organizations should know when to go ahead, when to pause, and when to pass a question up.

We don't provide legal advice, cybersecurity audits, HIPAA determinations, or technical implementation.
We don't speak for any Tribal Nation, Indigenous community, or cultural authority unless specifically authorized to do so.
Founder note
Have the conversation before the decision is made.
Once data, a report, or community knowledge goes into another system or out to the public, it's hard to take back. This work is about making a good decision before that happens.
